Breast Cancer Awareness

Breast cancer awareness is a global health movement dedicated to reducing stigma, funding research, and educating the public about symptoms, risk factors, and treatment. Its core objective is promoting early detection—primarily through routine screening—which significantly increases long-term survival rates.

While the disease is most common in women, it affects people of all genders. In the United States, roughly 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in their lifetime.
